1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5–6 business days.
- Since most of our products are made-to-order and customized, processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery timelines: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner
International Shipping
- Delivery timelines typically range between 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Shipping timelines may vary based on destination, courier availability, and customs clearance
Customs & Import Duties:
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost
- The customer is solely responsible for paying any customs or import duties
- If a shipment is held at customs, the responsibility to clear it lies entirely with the customer
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
- You can track your order status in real time using this link
4. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package
- In such cases, reshipping charges may apply
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After this period, orders may move into production and cannot be cancelled

6. Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Preference-based concerns (color, size, design choice)
- Customized or personalized products
Returns / Replacements are accepted only if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item has been delivered
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
- The product must be unused and in original condition

7. Refunds
- Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement or refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
8. Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost
- In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Or does not arrive
You must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date
- Provide order details and supporting proof (if applicable)
- We will review the issue and resolve it through a replacement or refund, as applicable.
