  • All products are 3D printed and may be made-to-order or customized, which may result in slight variations in color, texture, or finish.
  • Product images are for representation purposes and may differ slightly from the final product.
  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to modify product details, availability, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or other secure payment gateways.
  • We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely through third-party providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incorrect pricing or product details
  • Product unavailability
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Customization

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details (names, spellings, colors, preferences, etc.).
  • Once production has begun, customization details cannot be modified.
  • Kahaaneeya Lab is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5–6 business days due to their made-to-order nature.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and selected shipping method.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  • While we aim to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to logistics, courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Kahaaneeya Lab is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • As most products are customized or made-to-order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Damaged product upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect product received

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including designs, images, product concepts, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of Kahaaneeya Lab.
